By WhatsApp, from the panel itself. He installs nothing, creates no account and has no password to lose or reset.

STEP 03

He opens it once and carries it with him

From that moment the document and its QR code are drawn on his phone without asking anything of the network. If he is stopped with no coverage, he shows it anyway.

What Track doesHow it is verified

An issued document cannot be deleted. Ever.

Deletion is forbidden in the database itself. It can only be voided, with a mandatory reason, and the record keeps who voided it, when and why.

The link to a voided document dies instantly

Its public address stops serving the PDF and returns a page reading DOCUMENT VOIDED, with its number and date. Nobody can show a document that is no longer valid.

Numbering with no gaps, by company, series and year

The number is reserved atomically in the database. No two documents with the same number, and no number lost if something fails halfway. A gap is the first thing an inspector looks for.

The QR code is drawn on the phone, asking nothing of the network

Verified by reading the QR from the screen itself and decoding it: it points to the same address as the QR in the PDF, and it renders with zero network requests.

You can see who has opened their link and who has not

First and last access is recorded for each driver. The traffic desk knows who to call before the truck leaves, not after the fine.

A driver's access is cut in one click

Regenerating or revoking their link stops the previous one opening immediately. A driver leaves and their access to your clients and destinations is gone that same afternoon.

Each company sees only its own data

Isolation between companies is enforced in the database itself, not on screen. It does not depend on the interface hiding a button.

What people always ask us.

Does it work with no coverage?

With one caveat, and we would rather tell you before you try it. Once the driver has opened his link, the document and its QR code are stored on his phone and can be shown with no coverage. What he cannot do is open, for the very first time and already without signal, a link he had never opened before. That is why the first time the system warns him to save the document.

Exactly what data must the control document carry?

Eight items, under article 6 of Order FOM/2861/2012: name or company name, tax ID and address of the contractual shipper; name or company name and tax ID of the actual carrier; place of origin and destination of the shipment; nature and weight of the goods; identification of the special circulation authorisation where the vehicle needs one; date the transport is carried out; registration plate of the vehicle, and of the semi-trailer or trailer if it is an articulated combination; and any observations or reservations the parties ask to record. Track will not let you issue a document missing any of them.

How long must the document be kept?

At least one year, at the disposal of the Land Transport Inspectorate, under article 9 of Order FOM/2861/2012. In Track you do not have to do anything to comply: documents cannot be deleted, so they are still there when they are asked for.

Do my drivers have to learn anything?

No. They install nothing, create no account and have no password. They receive a link by WhatsApp and open it just as they would open a photo. We also give you the three messages already written to send them.

Do I have to change my transport software?

No. Track only does the DeCA and sits alongside whatever you already use. There is no migration, no rollout project and no new suite to teach anyone.

What if someone deletes a document by mistake?

They cannot, and that is deliberate. An issued document can only be voided, with a mandatory reason, and it stays in the series with its number. A system whose documents can be deleted is worthless in an inspection, which is exactly what it is bought for.

What happens if a driver leaves?

You cut his link in one click and it stops opening at that very moment. His access to your clients and your destinations is gone that afternoon, without waiting for anything or asking anyone.

Where is my data held?

In Frankfurt, inside the European Union, with an encrypted off-network backup every night and a daily alert that fires if one night it did not run. A backup nobody watches is not a backup.

What does it cost and how is it invoiced?

€25 per truck per month, launch price for sign-ups before 5 October 2026. Drivers are not charged, documents are not counted and office users cost nothing. Invoiced by VRTC Consultoría SL.

What happens if I am not ready on 5 October?

Every shipment documented on paper becomes punishable. Missing control documentation, or missing essential data on it, is a serious infringement carrying a fine of €401 to €600 per infringement. And the Ministry has put in writing that there is no later phase without penalties.
